WellWorks Rework Program

Proven Oklahoma Wells, Held Back by Neglect

An Opportunity in Established Wells

The WellWorks Rework Program targets annual returns of ~25% through the acquisition, revitalization and operation of 25 producing oil and gas wells in Oklahoma. It invests in existing wells with established production histories rather than speculative new drilling, aiming for monthly income, meaningful tax benefits and diversification. Targets are not guaranteed.

November 2025 Changed the Market

New Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) bonding requirements took effect on November 1, 2025. Combined with industry consolidation, they have led operators to divest thousands of underproducing, shut-in and orphaned wells, and the OCC alone holds 18,000+ orphan wells. WellWorks draws on long-standing relationships with operators and the OCC to identify underperforming wells at attractive valuations.

Why Is There Still Oil Left?

Traditional exploration carries geological risk. WellWorks instead concentrates on known reservoirs with documented production, restoring wells through proven rework techniques.

Many wellbores already penetrate productive zones that were never completed. Those zones can be brought online at a fraction of the cost of a new well. A production history is not a guarantee of future output.

Why These Wells Stay Idle

New drilling has become increasingly expensive as inflation, labor shortages and operator capital discipline push costs higher. Higher bonding requirements make marginal wells costly for their current operators to hold, so productive wells sit idle. Every prospective acquisition undergoes geological, operational and title review before purchase.
