WellWorks Rework Program
Three Steps From Underperforming Well to Monthly Income
Step 01
Six-Step Acquisition and Due Diligence
Each well candidate must substantiate a minimum of 4 BOE/day before acquisition. WellWorks completes the following review before a well is accepted into the program.
Partnership contributions. WellWorks bears the upfront evaluation, title, legal and leasing expenses as its contribution to the program. Under the proposed structure, these expenses support the managing partner’s 25% interest after payout.
- 01
Physical inspection
Visit the site to assess the well, equipment and operating condition.
- 02
Preliminary title search
Check ownership records for lawsuits, mortgages, liens and other encumbrances.
- 03
Geological review
Evaluate production history, remaining reserves, producing zones, additional potential zones and mechanical issues.
- 04
Leasing and documentation
Courthouse imagers, title abstract professionals and lease brokers assemble ownership and acquisition records.
- 05
OCC process
Counsel and technical experts handle applicable Oklahoma Corporation Commission filings, hearings and testimony.
- 06
Final title opinion
Attorneys assess title and operating rights before the well is approved for the program.
Step 02
Revitalization and Optimization
After acquisition, WellWorks implements a tailored revitalization plan for each well, restoring it toward optimal output through proven rework techniques.
Where a wellbore already penetrates productive zones that were never completed, those zones can be brought online at a fraction of the cost of a new well, adding production, cash flow and reserve life.

Myrna #1 workover, Garfield County, OK. Operated by Trilateral Operating, LLC.
| Technique | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Mechanical repairs and workovers | Repair downhole and surface equipment to return the well to reliable production. |
| Artificial lift optimization | Size and tune pumping systems to the well’s current reservoir conditions. |
| Equipment upgrades and recompletions | Replace worn equipment and recomplete into productive intervals. |
| Targeted stimulation treatments | Treat producing zones to improve flow where the geology supports it. |
| Bypassed zones | Bring productive zones the wellbore already penetrates online at a fraction of the cost of a new well. |
Each plan depends on the well’s condition; not every technique applies to every well. Restoration does not guarantee production.
Step 03
Operations and Distributions
Trilateral Operating, LLC operates the portfolio. Operating many wells and, where permitted, commingling production across formations helps smooth cash flow, improve reserve recovery and reduce single-asset risk.
Centralized operations and experienced field supervision support cost control and consistent performance from acquisition through optimization and, ultimately, monetization.

Production and Revenue Examples
Assumptions: 25 active wells, 28 producing days per month, 12 months of output at $60 per BOE after royalties and severance tax. These examples exclude lease operating expenses.
| BOE/day per well | Portfolio BOE/year | Illustrative annual revenue, all 25 wells |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 33,600 | $2,016,000 |
| 6 | 50,400 | $3,024,000 |
| 8 | 67,200 | $4,032,000 |
Illustrative only. The estimated BOE/day production minimum is not guaranteed. Actual results will reflect acquisition timing, restoration outcomes, production decline, downtime, operating expenses and commodity prices.
Before a Well Joins the Partnership
The following items must be resolved before a well is accepted as a partnership well.
Inventory and eligibility
Identify 25 qualifying wells and validate each production baseline.
Technical schedules
Well-level decline curves, recoverable reserve evaluations, mechanical inspections and restoration plans.
Acquisition clearance
Complete title, lease, regulatory and environmental checks.
Entity and economics
Reconcile each investor’s Limited Partner and/or General Partner preferences.
Financial requirements
Partnership monthly statement, funding requirements, current legal and tax review, and investor suitability requirements.
Diversification: 5 Wells vs. 25 Wells
5 wells
A smaller number of wells concentrates participation across fewer assets.
25 wells
The WellWorks program targets 25 wells across multiple formations and production profiles.
Illustrative diversification comparison. Diversification does not eliminate risk.
