Why This Opportunity
WellWorks acquires producing Oklahoma oil and gas wells with established production histories, revitalizes them through proven rework techniques, and operates them for monthly income rather than speculative new drilling.
Industry consolidation and new OCC bonding requirements, effective November 1, 2025, have led operators to divest thousands of underproducing, shut-in and orphaned wells, expanding the opportunity set.
Tax benefits are based on current interpretations of applicable tax laws and regulations, depend on individual circumstances, and may change. Consult your own legal, tax and financial advisors.

Vetted at Our Expense
WellWorks bears evaluation, title, legal and leasing costs across six due-diligence steps.
4 BOE/Day Minimum
Each candidate well must substantiate at least 4 BOE/day before acquisition.
Diversified Across 25 Wells
Multiple formations and production profiles reduce single-asset exposure.
Full Transparency
Monthly operating statements with sales, realized prices, royalties, taxes and expenses.
The WellWorks Approach
Every well has an established production history. WellWorks screens each candidate on production data and decline curves, mechanical integrity, remaining recoverable reserves, and regulatory status and cost of reactivation.
After acquisition, a tailored revitalization plan may include workovers, artificial lift optimization, equipment upgrades and recompletions, and targeted stimulation. A production history informs decisions; it does not guarantee future production.
Trilateral Operating, LLC operates the portfolio with centralized operations and experienced field supervision. Monthly operating statements keep investors connected to the program. Distribution timing is subject to restoration, operations and final program terms.

November 2025 Changed the Market
New drilling has become increasingly expensive as inflation, labor shortages and operator capital discipline push costs higher. At the same time, industry consolidation and sharply higher regulatory bonding requirements have led operators to divest thousands of underproducing, shut-in and orphaned wells.
New Oklahoma Corporation Commission bonding requirements, effective November 1, 2025, further expanded the opportunity set. The OCC alone holds 18,000+ orphan wells. WellWorks draws on long-standing relationships with operators and the OCC to identify underperforming wells at attractive valuations.

Restoration vs. Exploration
| Factor | Exploration Drilling | WellWorks Restoration |
|---|---|---|
| Dry hole risk | New-well exploration involves dry-hole risk | No new wells drilled; production and investment risks remain |
| Geological risk | Unproven reservoirs | Known reservoirs with documented production |
| Primary goal | Explore for new reserves | Restore proven wells with established production histories |
| Diversification | Concentrated in new prospects | 25 wells across multiple formations |
| Cost per well | Rising with inflation and labor shortages | $300,000 target per well |

Why Allocate Capital to Oil & Gas?
Monthly income, diversification beyond public markets, tax efficiency and inflation protection through real assets, all within an essential global industry.
Hedge Against Inflation
Real energy assets can offer inflation protection. Sustained global energy demand supports long-term asset value. Commodity prices fluctuate and investments can lose value.
Earn Monthly Income
Cash flow from producing wells is distributed monthly and is expected to be strongest when commodity prices are elevated. Income is not guaranteed.
Diversify Beyond Public Markets
Producing energy assets may behave differently from traditional equities and fixed income, adding balance during market volatility.
Tax benefits depend on individual circumstances. Consult your tax advisor. No assurance of income or returns. See PPM Risk Factors.
